Third Party Online Providers (“Third Party Providers”) of Services
CleanInBox may collect your personal information and data from one or more Third Party Providers (such as Gmail, Yahoo or others) at your direction. A copy of this information may be stored on our servers in order to provide value-added services as described above. We do not modify or otherwise make changes to your data or account settings as stored at your Third Party Providers.
Third Party Providers Account Information
CleanInBox may store Third Party Providers Account Information as provided by you during registration and continued use of our products. This information may include Third Party Provider(s) names, account user names, passwords, pin numbers and other information deemed necessary for continued access of your personal data. Access to your personal data at each individual Third Party Provider will be continuous until you provide us with notification of cancellation of service. Service cancellation can be found in the Account section of your Dashboard in any of our products.
Use of Personal Data Provided by Third Party Providers
For purposes of providing unique and innovative solutions specific to your account, we may parse and manipulate a copy of your data as collected from Third Party Providers. This parsed data is then stored on our secure servers and accessed to provide unique and innovative features within our mobile, desktop, and web applications. As stated in our Privacy Pledge, this data is accessible only by you, and used by CleanInBox only to provide services specific to your CleanInBox account.
During registration, your will provide us with information specific to your new CleanInBox account, including the creation of a user name and password specific to CleanInBox. As part of the registration process, you will also be required to provide a valid telephone number (“cell phone number”). This cell phone number will be used during registration for two-factor authentication purposes and may be used from time to time for additional authentication purposes. By utilizing our services, you agree to allow CleanInBox to securely store the information you’ve provided during the creation of your CleanInBox account.
Use of Email, Text Messages, Voice, Photos, and Attachments (“Content”)
Use of CleanInbox products will often include incoming and outgoing email, text messages, voice, photos, and attachments. CleanInBox may store a copy of this Content on our servers in order to provide innovative and comprehensive communication solutions to you. By utilizing our services, you agree to the storage and use of this personal communication content on our servers. As with all your personal data, your content is only accessible by you and never analyzed for commercial purposes.
In order to maximize the effectiveness of our solutions, we collect information on the type of device(s) you use to access our products and services. The information collected may include your device type, IP address, cookie information, browser information, operating system type/version and mobile network. We store this information in order to provide services specific to the type of device(s) you use to access our services.

CleanInBox uses TLS encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed in most browsers during TLS sessions.
Second Sign-in Verification
CleanInBox often requires a second piece of information such as a code sent via SMS - in addition to your password - when signing into your account from a device or location we don’t recognize.

Payment and Billing Information
Should you choose to subscribe to our services, you will be required to provide payment and billing information.
